We’re not therapists or motivational speakers.
We’re people living with Vision Changes ourselves — sharing tools, laughter, and real talk from experience.

Peer Coaching – One-on-one virtual sessions to help you untangle the challenges, set your own pace, and rediscover independence.

Group Classes – Interactive Zoom sessions where you can learn practical skills, swap stories, and connect with others.
